At Concept Map AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you're not happy with our service, we offer a straightforward refund process as outlined below.
14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Concept Map AI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. No questions asked.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PRO-RATA REFUND
For annual subscription plans, if more than 14 days have passed since your payment, you may still request a pro-rata refund based on the remaining unused months of your subscription. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your billing cycle.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
For monthly subscription plans, refunds are available within the 14-day window from each payment date. After 14 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
SERVICE ISSUE REFUND
If you experience a significant service disruption or technical issue that prevents you from using Concept Map AI, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of the 14-day window. Please contact our support team with details of the issue.
OPTION 1: IN-APP SELF-SERVICE
The fastest way to request a refund is through your Subscription Management page. Navigate to Settings → Subscription Management, find your payment in the payment history, and click "Request Refund". Eligible payments will show the refund option automatically.
OPTION 2: EMAIL SUPPORT
You can also request a refund by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 24 hours.
PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Upon a successful refund, your subscription will be canceled and access to premium features will end immediately. You may re-subscribe at any time in the future.
